1、A Regular Session： A regular council should be assembled every six months. Each council should not be more than 40 days, including holidays or recesses. A regular conference can be extended no more than 5 days in order to examine annual budget by the county magistrate which agreed by most of the councilpersons when necessary.  

2、A Provisional Assembly：   According to Article 39 of the Provincial and County Autonomy Law is regulation, the Speaker is obliged to call an provisional session. The terms of provisional session shall not be held more than 5 days each time and no more than 6 times during twelve months including the holidays and pause span.  

3、A Procedure Committee：   The responsibilities of a procedure committee are reviewing proposals of the day, categorizing and combining proposals, examining the contents and procedures of conferences and managing other associated affairs.  

4、A Discipline Committee：   The responsibilities of a discipline committee are to considerate the councilors behaviors, maintain the order during the assemblies and conduct the cases which affects the repute of the county council.  

5. Examination Committees:  There are 6 committees set up according to affair characters:   1. Civil Administration Examination Committee   2. Construction and Development Examination Committee   3. Safety Assurance Examination Committee   4. Finance Examination Committee   5. Education Examination Committee   6. Agriculture Examination Committee

6. Project Team:  The project team will be set up with the resolution of the speaker and councilor when necessary of researching or gather datas.
